A medium-sized company is looking for a part-time IT Helpdesk Support Technician (20h/week). This position is suitable for retired IT professionals who want to stay engaged in the field with reduced working hours.
Responsibilities:
– Providing first-line support to employees (hardware/software)
– Resetting accounts and managing simple network issues
– Installing updates and basic troubleshooting
– Logging incidents in the ticketing system
