A medium-sized company is looking for a part-time IT Helpdesk Support Technician (20h\/week). This position is suitable for retired IT professionals who want to stay engaged in the field with reduced working hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Responsabilit\u00e9s :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Providing first-line support to employees (hardware\/software)
– Resetting accounts and managing simple network issues
– Installing updates and basic troubleshooting
– Logging incidents in the ticketing system<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Profile:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Previous experience in IT support
– Good communication skills in English
– Solid knowledge of Windows and Office tools
– Patient, customer-friendly, problem-solving attitude<\/p>\n\n\n\n
