Part A – Retired (Retireds)

• Free access: Creating an account and applying to job offers is free of charge.
• Accuracy of information: You agree to provide truthful and up-to-date information in your profile and applications.
• No employment guarantee: Yakajobs does not guarantee job offers or hiring.
• Prohibited use: No fraudulent accounts, misleading profiles, or misuse of the platform.

Part B – Company (Recruiters)

• Paid services: Posting job offers is subject to payment according to the prices displayed on Yakajobs.com.
• Payment: Payments are processed securely online. Ads are published only after successful payment.
• Legal compliance: Job postings must comply with employment laws (non-discrimination, lawful work conditions).
• Right of refusal: Yakajobs may remove or reject any job offer that does not comply with these rules.

General Provisions (Apply to All Users)

• Intellectual property: All site content (texts, logos, visuals) remains the property of Yakajobs.
• Liability: Yakajobs is not responsible for the content of job offers, accuracy of profiles, or outcomes of recruitment.
• Service availability: We strive to keep the site available, but downtime may occur.
• Termination: Accounts may be suspended or closed in case of abuse or breach of these terms.
• Governing law: These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Courts of the registered office of Yakajobs shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
