Main Mission

Develop a portfolio of business clients for a digital platform connecting employers and job seekers.
Your role: identify, contact, and convince companies to use the solution to post their job offers and simplify their hiring process.


Key Responsibilities

  • Actively prospect and contact businesses (SMEs, startups, etc.) in your region or target sector.
  • Present the platform clearly and persuasively.
  • Identify recruitment needs and propose suitable solutions.
  • Follow up with prospects through to contract signing and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Provide regular activity reports.
  • Build long-term relationships and encourage recurring use of the service.

Profile

  • You are independent, persistent, and results-driven.
  • You enjoy prospecting and engaging with business decision-makers.
  • Experience in B2B sales or the recruitment / HR industry is a strong plus.
  • You are comfortable using digital tools and working remotely.

Compensation
