Main Mission
Develop a portfolio of business clients for a digital platform connecting employers and job seekers.
Your role: identify, contact, and convince companies to use the solution to post their job offers and simplify their hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively prospect and contact businesses (SMEs, startups, etc.) in your region or target sector.
- Present the platform clearly and persuasively.
- Identify recruitment needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Follow up with prospects through to contract signing and ensure client satisfaction.
- Provide regular activity reports.
- Build long-term relationships and encourage recurring use of the service.
Profile
- You are independent, persistent, and results-driven.
- You enjoy prospecting and engaging with business decision-makers.
- Experience in B2B sales or the recruitment / HR industry is a strong plus.
- You are comfortable using digital tools and working remotely.
