Part-time Legal Consultant (London)

A small law firm is looking for a part-time Legal Consultant (10–15h/week) to support junior lawyers with contract reviews and legal research.

Responsabilités :

• Reviewing contracts and drafting simple agreements
• Conducting legal research on case law and regulations
• Advising junior associates on client cases
• Attending occasional client meetings (optional)
  
  

Profile:

• Former solicitor or legal counsel
• Excellent knowledge of English legal system
• Ability to explain complex legal issues clearly
• Strong ethical standards and confidentiality
