A public high school is seeking a Retired Teacher Mentor (8h/week) to support young teachers in their first years of practice.

Responsabilités :

• Observing classes and providing feedback to new teachers
• Offering guidance on lesson planning and classroom management
• Organizing monthly mentoring meetings
• Encouraging professional development
  
  

Profile:

• Former certified teacher with at least 10 years of experience
• Strong communication and mentoring skills
• Passion for education and youth support
• Flexible working hours
