General conditions of use of the YAKAJOBS platform

Please read these terms and conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the YAKAJOBS platform (“Platform”). These Terms govern your use of the Platform as a candidate seeking employment opportunities. By accessing the Platform and using its services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

Definitions

1.1. “Platform” means the website, mobile application and any other service provided by YAKAJOBS for job search and application.

1.2. “User” refers to any person accessing or using the Platform, including candidates and employers.

1.3. “Candidate” refers to any person using the Platform to search for job opportunities and apply for job offers.

1.4. “YAKAJOBS” refers to the entity providing the Platform and associated services.

Registration and User Account

2.1. To use certain features of the Platform, you must register and create a user account. By registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information, such as your name, e-mail address and other requested information.

2.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account.

2.3. You agree not to share your account with any third party and to immediately notify YAKAJOBS of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Use of the Platform

3.1. You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

3.2. You are solely responsible for the content you publish, upload or transmit via the Platform, including your CV, cover letters and other personal information.

3.3. You agree not to use the Platform to publish, transmit or share any content that is defamatory, offensive, fraudulent, obscene, pornographic, threatening, discriminatory or illegal.

3.4. YAKAJOBS reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove any content deemed inappropriate or in violation of these Terms.

Application and Recruitment Process

4.1. By applying for jobs via the Platform, you agree that your personal information, including your CV and cover letter, may be shared with potential employers.

4.2. YAKAJOBS does not guarantee the accuracy, quality or legality of job offers posted on the Platform, nor the ability of employers to fill these offers.

4.3. You agree that YAKAJOBS is not responsible for recruitment decisions made by employers, nor for the terms and conditions of employment offered by employers.

4.4 You agree to the right of representation. The “Candidate” authorizes YAKAJOBS to present his CV and to represent his interest. He understands that this agreement in no way constitutes a contract.

Intellectual Property

5.1. YAKAJOBS owns all right, title and interest in and to the Platform and its content, including all related intellectual property rights.

5.2. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, display or exploit in any way the content of the Platform without the prior written permission of YAKAJOBS.

Modifications to the Conditions

6.1. YAKAJOBS reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, at its sole discretion. Modifications will come into force as soon as they are published on the Platform.

6.2. It is your responsibility to check the Terms regularly for any changes.

Cancellation

7.1. YAKAJOBS reserves the right to terminate, suspend or restrict your access to the Platform, without notice and at any time, in the event of a breach of these Terms or for any other legitimate reason.

General Provisions

8.1. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and YAKAJOBS concerning the use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements between you and YAKAJOBS.

8.2. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be construed in accordance with applicable law to reflect, as nearly as possible, the original intentions of the parties, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
