Here's how YAKAJOBS works:

We thoroughly interview and evaluate candidates to offer you the best professionals/retirees available.

At YAKAJOBS, we believe in the “no cure, no pay” principle. You only pay fees when you actually hire the retiree.

Our retirees are available for assignments ranging from one day to over a year, with availability ranging from 10% to full-time.

Freelance/Consultant offer

In practice :

– No more commissions averaging 30%.
– You negotiate the daily rate directly with the freelancer, and we don’t take any margin on it.
– Retirees are offered free of charge.
– You only pay our daily rate of 60,-€ if the retiree is hired.
– The exclusive YAKAJOBS contract – between the company and the retiree – is for 12 months.

Pricing / Conditions :

– For the first day of work, a fee of 850,-€ excluding VAT will be charged.
– From the second day of work, the fee is €60.00 per day, excluding VAT, for a maximum of 12 months.
– Payment is due 10 days after receipt of invoice (after validation of timesheet).

Offer in Payroll/Salarié

In practice :

1. No more commissions averaging 30%.
2. You negotiate the remuneration directly with the retiree and pay him/her directly – we take no margin on this.
3. Retirees are offered free of charge.
The company only pays if the retiree is hired.
4. The exclusive YAKAJOBS contract – between the company and the retiree – will be for 24 months.

Pricing :

– Retirees are offered free of charge.
– The company undertakes to pay a fixed annual fee of €3,650.00 exclusive of VAT.
– This lump sum of €3,650.- plus VAT is payable in cash at the start of the collaboration and on the 1st of the 13th month – if the collaboration is still in progress.
